Valley is a vibrant growing community located approximately 85 miles
North West of Phoenix. Prescott Valley is also located only about
10 miles from the historic downtown whiskey row and the court house
plaza in Prescott, AZ.
Prescott Valley’s population in 1978 was around 1,500 and
is over 36,000 today. Prescott Valley has been rated one of the
fastest growing communities in Arizona. The town of Prescott Valley
and business leaders have been very proactive in encouraging growth
in real estate, business and entertainment for area residents.
The real estate market in Prescott Valley is strong with a great
